A brand-new stage, a warm family gathering, and a fresh start for Lintratek—our 84th Happy Meeting was more than just a celebration for our team; it was a moment to mark how we’re growing, evolving, and doubling down on what we do best: creating reliable cell signal booster solutions for everyone. After two months of renovating our showroom and office space, we brought our entire Lintratek family together to celebrate new faces, honor long-term teammates, and set our sights on an exciting Year of the Horse. For anyone who’s ever wondered what makes a signal booster company stand out, it’s not just the technology—it’s the people behind it. And this meeting said it all.
Our Happy Meetings are a big part of who we are at Lintratek; they’re our chance to step back from the day-to-day, connect as a team, and celebrate the wins—big and small. This time, the joy was even bigger because it was our first time gathering in our newly renovated space, with a stunning new stage that’s now the heart of our showroom and team events. We kicked things off by welcoming three new (and two returning!) team members to the Lintratek family. Having former teammates come back is one of the greatest compliments we could get—it means we’re building a place where people want to work, grow, and come back to. Reunion and new beginnings, all in one space, that’s the Lintratek spirit.
Our CEO, Mr. Shi, took the stage to share a heartfelt message with the team, and it’s a message that’s at the core of everything we do. He talked about 2025 being a year of big changes for Lintratek, a year of reflection, and a year of reaffirming our mission: to build Lintratek stronger and better. As the leader of our team, he emphasized that his biggest responsibility is to guide us down the right path—for the team, for our customers, and for the company we all care about. He reminded us that when we’re all aligned, working together as one, there’s no challenge we can’t overcome. That’s the mindset that goes into every signal booster we design, every custom solution we create for our clients, and every project we take on—we don’t just build products, we build them as a team, with purpose and care.
We also took the time to recognize our top performers with our monthly points reward program, a way to celebrate the team members who go above and beyond every single day. From our e-commerce team to our sales managers, we handed out rewards to the most proactive, who racked up points for their hard work, great performance, and commitment to our goals. And it’s not just about the rewards—it’s about showing that every effort counts, that hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and that we’re all in this together. The energy in the room was contagious, with everyone cheering on their colleagues, and that’s the kind of team culture that translates into better products and better service for our customers.
Of course, a Happy Meeting wouldn’t be happy without a little fun and games! We played a lively red envelope guessing game, where the whole team guessed the last digit of a bill’s serial number—everyone wrote their guess on their finger, and even though we all missed the first round, one of our team members stepped up with a personal sponsorship for a revival round, which made it even more exciting
