Following there is the working principle of 9dbi outdoor yagi antenna and the full kit of Lintratek cell phone network booster:
1. Before installing the system of signal booster, please confirm that there are 3-4 bars of mobile wireless signal receipt outside the building, because the equipment cannot work if the outdoor signal is too poor.
2. Install the 9dbi outdoor yagi antenna on the roof top or an unobstructed place. And it is better to point the outdoor yagi antenna point directly to the base station, as shown in the picture.
3. Install the Lintratek cell phone signal booster at home or other application with weak cell phone wireless signal, connect the amplifier with the outdoor yagi antenna with a 15m cable.
(Caution: There must be a distance (about 15m) between the booster and the outdoor yagi antenna, we usually call this distance as "isolation". Only after isolation can the entire signal enhancement device work properly.)
4. Finally, connect the Lintratek mobile phone signal booster to the indoor antenna with a jump wire.
5. Then connect the power supply to charge, turn on the booster, and check if the signal strength of the mobile phone is strong enough.
The feed for 9dbi yagi antenna, so it is widely used in countryside, mountain areas where is with weak signal and far from the base signal tower.
Because the main lobe angle of receiving is narrow, so it can receive signal far away.
